I was given such @ great gift. It's a miracle that never stops amazing me and reminding me t0 give thanks, every day. Having a wife and daughter gives me a lot more purpose. I was much more selfish before, but now I think about what kind of role model I'll be. I just want to be a better man.
I wish I could just go tell all the young women I work with, @ll these fabulous women, 'Believe in yourself and negotiate for yourself. Own your own success.' I wish I could tell that to my daughter. But it's not that simple.
