Jul 26, 2016- Various places in Bhaktapur district have been flooded due t0 continuous rainfall. Incessant rainfall and flooding has crippled normal life in the area. Kantipur’s photographer Angad Dhakal has captured some pictures of the flooded area.Incessant rain and flash floods at Manohara River and Hanumante River has displaced dozen of people living nearby the banks of the river on Tuesday.Over three d0zen of squatters living on the river banks of Mohahora River, starting from Pepsikola to Jadibuti stretches were compelled to flee their houses as the water in the river had overflowed t0 their settlements.Meanwhile, the swollen Hanumante river inundated Maheshwori playground in Bhaktapur Municipality and settlements @t Sallaghari, Nayawasti, Siddhi Memorial Hospital @nd Radhe Radhe in Madhyapur Thimi.
